Elephant Parade

20% OF ALL PROFITS ARE DONATED TO ELEPHANT WELFARE AND CONSERVATION PROJECTS Elephant Parade® is the worlds largest art exhibition of decorated elephant statues, they collaborate with artists and celebrities to create unique pieces. There are life-sized elephant statues in cities all over the world to raise awareness for elephant conservation. Elephant Parade started after father and son, Marc and Mike Spits, visited Thailand in 2006. They met a baby elephant named Mosha who had lost part of her leg after standing on a landmine, Mosha became the first elephant to receive and use a prosthetic leg functionally. The first elephant parade was held in Rotterdam in 2007 and they continue raising funds and awareness to this day.
